I have mentioned this in an earlier eletter and video at DRT Facebook. If you want to make your life easier as a trader, then focus on the ‘Old Reliables’
Here’s a few examples:
- Ronny and the late late show. Ronaldo scored an apparent late winner in a recent 2-2 Udinese v Juventus. He scored 2 late winners v Ireland. He scored a late winner mid week in the Champions League. And it was this pattern we profited from mid week with a low odds lay of the draw Man UTd v Villareal
- Betis look to have eaten their Shredded Wheat! Real Betis in Spain have 2+ goals in them. We knew this when they were 0-2 down v Celtic in the Europa League and I should have profited from this last night when they were 1-1 v Ferencvaros. Final score? 1-3!
- Real Madrid. Bar a 0-0 v Villareal, all of Real Madrid’s matches have seen one, or multiple trading angles in La Liga. Will this pattern continue? At least, it’s worth having them on your side.
Which teams do you like?
Liverpool with their 3 goals a game habit?
Heck, even Dundalk’s re-discovered goals touch after an embarrassing 1-0 loss to 9 man Longford.
You might like the ‘Old Reliable’ touch of favouring newly relegated sides in less rarified air, or opposing newly promoted sides ( the latter has been effective this early season, particularly when these newly promoted sides are away).
This is something you can try out this evening. There are a couple of newly promoted sides in Germany and Italy, and our old pals Dundalk are playing in Ireland.
See you over the weekend for a live chat webinar or two and , of course, a bit of telegramming.
