It was a strange old weekend last weekend with , seemingly, a number of strikers going on strike at the likes of Rangers ( 2 shots on target all match), Leipzig ( 2 shots on target all match) and Ajax ( 2 shots on target all match).
I do hope the Strikers Union ( their Union representative is Roy of the Rovers) have decided to call off this industrial action and return to goalscoring ways this coming weekend. Rangers did show some shoots of recovery in a 2-0 win v Ross County mid week , and I hope Leipzig will find their shooting boots ( they will need to v Mgladbach) and Ajax ( hosting PSV).
Knowing these shots stats is important. This is why I keep mentioning inplay stats at drt during the live chats. If you see a side, or sides, falling flat with their shots on target/off target then you can either a) employ the d in drt ( DELAY) or b) leave said favourite alone as they are obviously not on their game.
There are free to view resources at www.totalcorner.com and williamhill.com and of course our close showbiz pal www.flashscore.com, the latter an all-encompassing website. Please try and use inplay stats as a resource to help with your decision making.
One more point before I leave. I am in a bit of a dilemma. My Dad is coming through Bangkok on the 1st February at 1030am and staying overnight as he has an early flight the next day. He is 79 years old so I do feel obligated to make sure he gets off his flight ok and is settled on his overnight stay.
But…I want to do a live chat webinar for Saturday. There looks to be a full program of matches.
There’s the rub! In Bangkok, my live chat webinar begins at 21:30 so it is doable. So, I may put up a live chat webinar notification but you’ll understand, I hope, if I look after the Old Man and make sure he does not sneak off to any ladyboy cabaret as these 79 year olds are wont to do!
