Review of yesterday’s matches.

It was a first half test for Honka yesterday, 0-0 at halftime but 2nd half they won 3-0 so that tight match did not continue 2nd half.

Rosenborg - I so nearly got the correct score. 5-1 and 7-0 - it ended 7-1!

Mjondalen won 4-0 and scored before halftime yet again. Hallelujah! We have found a new Hoff!

Odd beat Asane 4-0, as comfortable a win as I foretold and this should have been a banker.

It was 1-4 last year between Brechin and Aberdeen. Double that this year. 2-8 it ended.

England u21 lost 1-3 to Italy U21.

1-1 between Portugal u21 and Sweden u21. Sweden did not score first.

Where I mention BANKER below, this signifies those matches where I think the favourites should win. These matches I would personally prioritise as regards DRT.

Remember the strategies:

Lay the 0-0 halftime score in certain signalled matches.

Lay the 0-0 2nd half in matches where goals were expected but have not yet materialised.

Lay the 2-2 scoreline, especially early on in matches. 2-2 shows us that teams are scoring and conceding.

Lay the away team leading 0-2 before halftime, especially if they are not the pre-market favourites. The home team is usually galvanised by the halftime team talk.

Lay the underdog if they score first in certain matches (especially BANKER matches where I would back the BANKERS if they conceded first at enhanced odds).

Lay the underdog scoring early in the first half, in the HALF TIME market, especially in BANKER matches.

Do note matches where one team is red carded. The opponents do tend to score next more often than not.

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • Another shrug of the shoulders for this match. Lay the late 0-0 in the hope AIK avoid a 3rd consecutive 0-0?

  • This is 1st v 3rd in the Chinese top flight league.

Guangzhou

  • Only 1 loss this season was a 2-1 away
  • 3 draws in their last 5 matches.
  • Scored 3-3-6-1-2-3-2-2 in recent matches. Very consistent.
  • 4 draws in their last 6 matches.
  • 3-6-1-2-3-2 scored in their recent home matches.

Beijing

  • Only 1 loss in 14 matches.
  • 4 clean sheets in their last 5 matches includes 2 0-0's
  • Only 2 wins in 7 away matches, only 1 loss .
  • 2 consecutive 0-0's away - failed to score in 3 of their last 4 away matches,

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • China is not covered at soccerstats so limited form
  • Both sides are in excellent form. I would favour the home side today based on ultra consistent goal scoring. I expect them to score 2+ if they continue this pattern.  I would lay any late draw today based on Beijing's recent draws and Guangzhou's 4 draws in their last 6 matches.

  • This is 10th v 9th in the Finnish Veikkausliga. Jaro have played 2 matches less than KTP

Jaro

  • Only 3 wins this season.
  • Failed to score in 3 of their last 4 matches.
  • 2 clean sheets in their last 3 matches.
  • Highly inconsistent. Draw, Loss, Win, Loss, Draw, Win, Loss.
  • No 0-0 at home.

KTP

  • Only 2 wins, and won their last match.
  • 5 losses and a win in their last 6 matches.

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • Both sides have failed to score in recent matches but Jaro have not had a 0-0 at home.
  • Both sides have only 3 wins.
  • Given Jaro are so inconsistent, and cannot string together a decent similar set of results, I would speculatively lay them if they lead today. That's not to say that KTP themselves are not wholly trustworthy.
  • Not the most exciting of prospects this match!

  • 4 losses in their last 5 away matches. Failed to score in their last 3 away
  • Only 3 clean sheets.

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • The head to heads are utterly compelling but the market does not agree. RoPS are in great form and are likely to score today so that is an angle in. Inter have conceded in 6 away and RoPS have failed to score in only 1 of 11.
  • Lay the 0-0 halftime score, but delay.
  • You have to decide between head to heads and recent form. Recent form suggests we favour RoPS. Head to heads mean we are with the currently out of form (away from home) FC Inter.

  • Head to heads have been really tight. Athlone are in poor form,losing without scoring in the last 4 away matches. I expect Athlone to concede today so this is an angle in. Both teams to score perhaps given Waterford have only 1 clean sheet but then they have not scored in their last 3 matches.
