Review of yesterday's matches.

Both teams scored in the Italy u21 v Sweden u21 match so I was pleased with that. Red cards clouded any trading in this match.

Dinamo Minsk were 0-0 at halftime, and won 2-0. A possible win to nil for Minsk in the research. Pleased with that. Did you lay the 0-0 for the 2nd half?

Shakhter's match - I went for a back of 0-0 to trade out at halftime. That came in. The first goal was scored in the 69th minute.

Landskrona won 0-4. Lunds did concede as per the research.

BATE Borisov won 4-0. That was one of my correct score calls. As you know, 1.18 shots should score 3/4 goals and possibly win to nil. BATE Borisov did it perfectly.

England u21 v Portugal u21 I'm afraid I left alone. Far too tight to call. Indeed, 0-1 to the Pork and Cheese came with a 2nd half goal. This match could have gone either way.

Odds taken from

Where I mention BANKER below, this signifies those matches where I think the favourites should win. These matches I would personally prioritise as regards DRT.

Remember the strategies:

Lay the 0-0 halftime score in certain signalled matches.

Lay the 0-0 2nd half in matches where goals were expected but have not yet materialised.

Lay the 2-2 scoreline, especially early on in matches. 2-2 shows us that teams are scoring and conceding.

Lay the away team leading 0-2 before halftime, especially if they are not the pre-market favourites. The home team is usually galvanised by the halftime team talk.

Lay the underdog if they score first in certain matches (especially BANKER matches where I would back the BANKERS if they conceded first at enhanced odds).

Lay the underdog scoring early in the first half, in the HALF TIME market, especially in BANKER matches.

Do note matches where one team is red carded. The opponents do tend to score next more often than not.

18:00 UK Odd Grenland v Start - 1.36 home

Standout Stats

  • 4 Odd wins and a draw in the last 5 matches. 3 1-0 wins, a 0-0 and a 4-1 win. Generally tight.
  • This is 5th v 12th in the Norwegian Eliteserien.

  • No win in 2 at home.
  • No defeat in 6 matches.
  • 4 draws in their last 6 matches.
  • Failed to score in only 2 matches.
  • Only loss at home v 1st in the league.
  • 3 draws at home v 10th and lower.
  • No opponent has yet led at halftime at Odd.

  • No draw in 4 away
  • Only 1 win in 5 matches came away latest.
  • 6 defeats in their last 9 matches.
  • Only 1 clean sheet.
  • Lost all matches v top 6 so far (4 matches, 3 away)
  • 8 of 10 goals conceded came away.

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • Odd are favoured again today although we'd probably come to that conclusion from the head to heads. Do note they have largely been very tight.
  • Start have lost 6 of their last 9 and only kept 1 clean sheet so we should assume that Odd will score at some stage. Lay any late 0-0.
  • If Start lead at halftime, lay them for the 2nd half. They have conceded 8 2nd half goals away.

22:00 UK Mexico v Ecuador - 2.37 home

Standout Stats

  • The most recent head to head saw a 1-0 Mexico win in a friendly.
  • The betting market cannot choose between these 2 sides.
  • In 2015, Mexico have 2 draws in the Copa America, 0-0 v Bolivia, and 3-3 v Chile. Mexico led 0-1 and 1-2 during this match.
  • Ecuador lost 2-0 away to Chile and 2-3 v Bolivia in 2015 Copa America matches.

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • I would certainly contemplate laying Ecuador here if they scored first. Mexico scored 3 against a Chilean side which beat Ecuador 2-0. That collateral form suggests we side with Mexico. The market, let me remind you, suggests this will be a very tight match.

00:30 UK Chile v Bolivia - 1.28 home

Standout Stats

  • A 2-2 draw in the last friendly head to head in October 2014.
  • In 2015 Copa America, Chile beat Ecuador 2-0, and drew 3-3 with Mexico. Vidal has been the top scorer for Chile so that could be a side-bet.
  • Bolivia drew 0-0 v Mexico and beat Ecuador 2-3

Profitable In-Play Opportunities

  • There's goals in them thar hills. I think Chile at home, could outscore Bolivia today. Expect Chile to score at least 2 goals today. Sanchez is yet to score for Chile. Vidal is doing all the scoring.  Lay Bolivia if they score first.
